Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with unused merchandise in original package, you can return your item or items for a complete refund or exchange within 15 days of your purchase. The refund or exchange can only be made in our store.

The items purchased with a Magical Pets gift card will be reimbursed on a new gift card or on exchange only.
